Marisa Kirisame-ze
Because I have three weeks off of school, I've been working out with Jillian Michael's workout videos that I took from mum. My goal for this is to come back to school with a much better looking body, while also getting fit so I don't die every time I have to run in gym class. It's honestly so worth it. I feel great so far. [s]But really I just want to be able to pull off tights. Working out for fashions' sake.[/s] Do you guys do any exercises? Need to do any exercises? Have a lucky ass metabolism so it doesn't even matter anyways? Let me know.
TTR~
My childhood metabolism is starting to wear off. I'm nowhere near chubby, but I wanna be skinnier. And I hate exercise >.<
Hunter.
i don't excercise. i'm way too thin to even think about excercising.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
I'm skinny too, just not fit. And it doesn't hurt to want to burn off extra fat here and there.
Lunar Origins
I've got an awesome metabolism, so everything works out for me even if I don't work out. That doesn't mean I don't work out- far from it. I have to keep my body in shape for Soccer, so three or four miles every few days is enough for me as of now. When it gets in season and I have to go out for varsity, I'll have to be in tip-top shape.
Yasu
I do basic conditioning (bodyweight exercises) 3 to 4 times a week, otherwise I feel lazy... I'm planning on getting a barbell, the old one broke a few years ago. [sub](and, I-I'm not going to the gym!.. at least not alone... too scary ._.)[/sub] Just want to gain strength and some mass, while keeping the aesthetics. Travie
Muscular + has an 8 pack = Sorted. B-) I just hit the gym a lot I guess. I've been doing martial arts and working out from a young age. It somewhat stunted my growth but my muscles are pretty ripped tbh.
Clair
My metabolism is godly, so I'm blessed with that, for now. xD I try to run every day, if only for a little while. It keeps me in shape and puts me in a great mood. ... and running in the rain is surreal.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Has a load of weights sitting around in my spare room. My excuse is not having a bench or anything to rest on. Going to buy one with Xmas money, then I should use my weights 3 times a week. Whether I actually will... no I must. I play rugby so need to build my body up a bit, even though my key asset is speed and too much weights would compromise that. I also get discount membership at the spa at work (£10 for 3 months compared to £30 for 1 month) so go swimming before work sometimes. Also use the gym, but don't like spa music or changing rooms and stuff like that, plus work is half hour walk away, so I won't go unless its pre-work. Having said that I do walk everywhere, and my metabolism is good, so I'm in pretty good shape, just not the godly adonis I always strive to be. Makο
Trying to exercise a lot more. But being homeschooled, in addiction to our suckish neighborhood, I don't get out very often. So I try to run on the treadmill we have every other day. It's a bit tough for me, since I'm barely motivated. le sigh
CinnamonStar
I walk a lot, ride my bike when the weather isn't too bad and when I'm at my family's home, minimum 2 hours on the stepper everyday. It's not a lot, but meh, for someone who's as lazy as I am, it's a huge package.:/ But trust me, it's really necessary in my case.

But, if you're scrawny and you play rugby you're not going to be able to run that fast compared to guys with big arms. The bigger your arms are, the faster you can pump them, the faster your legs go. Your legs also have to be in excellent condition, of course.
Darth Revan of the Sith
My Metabolism rules so I have no need for excersising. However I do wish to get stronger so I have a Weight Lifting class at my school.
Tentacruel
Hehe, no. Excersice requires repeated effort.

Interesting thought about the arms that I'd never realised, but you seem to be the in-the-know guy on the subject, so thanks.
Welche the crab
I swim competitively. That's 1:30+ of swimming 6 times a week, 30 mins abs twice and 1 hour with a strength and conditioning coach twice. I'm fairly fit.
.Starrk
I play soccer year round. I'm always in shape.
Christian Exodia
I've got an awesome metabolism, so everything works out for me even if I don't work out. I used to do football, but my doctor said, "No playing without a written consent.", and one of my doctors hates football, so it's not gonna happen. Running is basically all I have left. That, and weights, and I keep very fit. My diet says otherwise, though XD.
CinnamonStar
Yes Because of the huge amounts of food I eat and the unhealthy food I like eating, I have to work out to balance it out a bit. But I'm horribly lazy and the only thing that keeps me doing some things is the fact that I always work out with music. Couldn't do it otherwise.:/ But if you consider the amounts of food I eat...I guess you can say that my metabolism isn't bad, yes. I'm nowhere near thin, but it should be so much worse lol.:S
