Then destroy all "7" cards. When this card is sent directly from the field to the Graveyard, increase your Life Points by 700 points. Discuss why its bad. [/quote] The effect to draw is not a Continuous Effect. It is part of the effect of the 3rd "7" activation. If they aren't destroyed, the three "7"s will sit on the field doing nothing.
