So I sort of threw this idea together, but got the idea ever since Photon Sanctuary was revealed.

Monsters: 20

[3] Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon
[3] Light and Darkness Dragon
[1] Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
[3] Thunder King Rai-Oh
[3] Tour Guide From the Underworld
[1] Sangan
[3] Alexandrite Dragon
[1] Honest
[1] Gorz, the Emissary of Darkness
[1] Spirit Reaper

Spells: 15

[3] Photon Sanctuary
[3] Pot of Duality
[1] Monster Reborn
[1] Dark Hole
[1] Heavy Storm
[2] Mystical Space Typhoon
[1] Pot of Avarice
[2] Trade-In
[1] Book of Moon

Traps: 5

[2] Solemn Warning
[1] Solemn Judgment
[1] Torrential Tribute
[1] Trap Dustshoot

Extra Deck: 15

[1] Wind-Up Zenmaines
[1] Number 17: Leviathan Dragon
[2] Number 20: Giga-Brilliant
[1] Leviair, the Sea Dragon
[1] Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction
[1] Daigusto Emeral
[1] Lavalval Chain
[1] Steelswarm Roach
[1] The Sacred Omega
[1] Gem-Knight Pearl
[2] Number 39: Utopia
[1] Number C39: Utopia Ray
[1] Verz Ouroboros

The Extra Deck is so disturbingly flexible that almost anything in there can be changed, because it's not THAT central to the Deck.

The main goal of the Deck is to use Photon Sanctuary as the Tribute for either LADD or Galaxy-Eyes, and then control things a bit from there (LADD especially). If LADD happens to die, it can revive Galaxy-Eyes or something else and start over from scratch.

Okay, tested the MST for Duality change, and it's perfect. Deck performs much better because of it.

Trying to find space for Book of Moon, though. The Deck has a bit of trouble in some areas that Book would help with, due to its chainable, pseudo-removal status.

Considering dropping Mind Control, because I can't Tribute the stolen monster for Galaxy-Eyes and while it's great for making Rank 4s, it's usually just sitting in my hand.

While I keep hearing that Mirror Force is iffy this format, I still try to use it in most of my Decks. And dropping Mirror Force for Book probably wont help as much as I'd like.

-Mirror Force
+Book of Moon

Okay, now I'm trying to find space for Mirror Force. Any suggestions?

Dimensional Prison is better than M. Force, to be honest.

I'd agree, but I run D-Prisons at 2 and don't have space for 2 D-Prison.

I didn't have space for Book of Moon, after all.

I'll test Book of Moon, no Mirror Force.

Assuming I'm not content with this change, any idea what I could drop to reinclude Mirror Force without losing Book?

Current EDITS:

-Mind Control
+Book of Moon

-Shock Ruler
+another Number 20

Considered that, but I don't think the deck would support REDMD very well. It's not Dragon-heavy enough and without a dragon, it's a dead draw for the most part. Plus the only SS targets for its effect are Galaxy-Eyes and Alexandrite, and it's a Level 10 so it doesn't even compensate for dead ones with my Trade-Ins the same way LADD and Galaxy-Eyes do.

Bump again.

I'm considering teching a Spirit Reaper or similar. It'd better satisfy my DARK quota for BLS (although Tour Guide does it admirably) and give me another Sangan target, but it'd also be a slight stall and hand disruption option for if my Deck is slow to get the cards it needs to make a bigger push.

Any suggestions of what to change for this?

I'd say neg the Mirror Force for it.

I almost never have 3 Level 4 monsters. It's actually pretty rare to have 2 Level 4s.

Also, Disigma doesn't help one-attribute Decks. It hurts one-attribute decks (that it faces).

But I do make Rank 3s often thanks to Tour Guide, and Number 20 is amazing in this Deck.

Testing has shown Reaper to be amazing. Is now a permanent change.

Okay, now that I've done a bit of tech testing and attempted to incorporate Neo Galaxy-Eyes (not that successfully), I've made a few changes to the main build, but want some advice on whether those were the best picks.

-3 Alexandrite Dragon

+2 Maxx C
+1 Effect Veiler

Extra Deck Changes:

-Sacred Omega
+Ally of Justice Catastor

The problem is that it makes Rai-Oh the main Level 4 monster, and making Rank 4 Xyz even rarer. This isn't especially bad, per se, as Rai-Oh annoys most opponents and Alexandrite on its own isn't a big threat as opposed to Tour Guide's Xyz flexibility and Maxx C putting swift ends to opponent spam plays, lest I gain the cards I need to annihilate them the following turn (Every time I ever brought out Neo Galaxy is because my opponent boosted my hand count due to Maxx).

Was there any alternative cards to drop for the Cs and Veiler, or other cards to add/remove? I only want to use Alexandrite if it's run at 3, so I dont see it necessarily coming back.
