Do you value truth?

I can't watch him. He shakes around the video way too much.

Truth? meh, the concept is idealized. Truth is never 100% accurate. You can hope for a large probability of truth, but 100% accuracy of truth simply does not exist. Same thing applies to the concept of 'fair'. It just doesn't exist. Nothing is fair. Things can be fairer than being infinitely unfair, but infinitely fair is impossible.

Truth is meaningless in a world of lies. Truth is called truth because some view it as a lie. For if everyone believed it, then it would become fact. But there is no truth since there will always people who disagree. I like truth but people are just too ignorant to believ and to stray away from their choices and ideals. I like it when people tell the truth bit people never do. Truth is very valuable to me as it means you can trust that person.

Sure do.

I'm known for being honest in the nicest way possible. I can't lie to people (unless like, a surprise birthday part is involved) and if I'm unable to say the truth, then I just don't bring the subject up or I'm able to be vague or hide things.

I value the truth from others too. I don't make friends with liars. In fact, we have a girl at our school who's a compulsive liar (ex. She's French, but she's next in line to be Queen of England), and I put her in her place.

Idgaf, tbh. How anything began is so far out if our reach, we'll never know real truth, and whether we value out or not, it really doesn't matter, we're not supposed to know, neither will we ever because, whether you're an atheist or not, truth does not matter. Truth is just nonsense no matter what part you follow, nobody will know, or even has the right to know any form of truth.

Instead of going into deep intellectual thought I'll just say, I do like when I'm not being constantly being lied too. However, I do believe that bending or flat out lying is called for in situation.

well there are lies which are acceptable given the situation

therefore despite valuing truth, it shouldn't be valued 100% of the time

I love how I've seen no mention of Reshiram. Dammit people. I am disappoint. /loljokes

Truth is something often twisted. It is either used in its purest state to tell someone what really happened/is happening, or is made impure and instead told as a lie.
In many occasions, a lie is merely the slightest tweek of the truth, the slightest ommision.
As such, if you value truth, you also value it's impurer side, the side of lies.
Or most of them.

That's my belief.

How is truth never 100% accurate?

Proposition A: "There exists a color red."
Proposition A': "There does not exist a color red."

By simple logic, either A or A' is true.

Truth is opinionated and as Truth is supposed to be regarded as fact, this no longer makes it the truth. So no, I do not value the concept of "Truth". I simply value the concept of individual thinking.

In regards to the topic, I dont mind being a skeptic epistemically.
