Lets you get more Gadgets out, and with their search power, it's easy. It also raises field presence, and allows for Rank 4s that need 3 materials.

well in terms of effect there's nothing really WRONG with it

though it'd be better if you made this into a gadget monster into itself and all that

certainly would help the search power

just add something like you can have only a max of 2 of these on the field at the same time

I love the idea of more Boot-Up Soldiers. May have to make some myself. This one truly is better than Dread Dynamo. I like the built in Ultimate Offering effect. I could see this would fit perfectly with my Xyz Gadget Deck. Unfortunately this card wouldn't go with much else besides Gadgets, but that really doesn't matter. Anyway nice card.

BTW: Pic is fantastic.
