ragnarok1945 Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 well direct attack is fine, 1300 atk is virtually nothing personally, I would have changed 1 thing in the 2nd sentence you said if you control another face up WATER monster I would have said "except another Hydro Manta". Anyhow, abiding current rulings, [b]it is impossible to activate this card's first effect.[/b] This is because it is impossible for card effects to activate within the deck. For instance, if Reborn Tengu is returned from your field to your topdeck by Raiza's effect, Tengu doesn't activate. I would make if "If this card would be returned to your deck, reveal this card; SS it" or something. But how often would you use this effect? Unless this is part of a new archetype you're making it'll never make any sense. Also, rag's advice is stupid and you should never listen to him. Neg the "Only 1 Hydro Manta" clause. This is because that's stupid and perfectly unneeded, given right now it's terribly underpowered. In fact we need something else on this to make it better. If there's one member in YCM who I wish is banned, it's ragnarok1945. He never comments originally and correctly. To be honest he's the most overratd and overpopular member ever.
