Well its clearly obvious this could be used for Ritual/Synchro/Xyz, the Level 4 gift quite significant and effective. I could also see this used in some Majestic decks even, it's a very versatile monster.

Its perfectly balanced in my opinion, its subtle defense is both beatable and defensive at the same time, making it stand out as a good shield for a small time, though you wouldn't rely on it. It's effect is really it's key; using it could devastate, but its ATK and DEF make it an easy target and, therefore, balanced.

Level swapping isn't too unheard off, but its a certainly nice addition to the group. Though the image does represent the being very well I don't think it suits the Warrior Arche-type well, but of course if this wasn't even part of it I take back the comment. Regardless a nice addition to the Warrior Arche-type and Level Changers.

well it's still effective given it's also a tuner, so easier synchro summoning with it

1700 def can hold its ground long enough, so that should work

not sure if you'd use the level effect more for synchro or xyz summoning though
