FindingTheEverlight
Okay, so the OCG is definatly off at a lot of parts, mainly because I couldn't find any similar effects to reference my OCG off of. Anyway: Lore: Destroy all monsters on the field. Neither player can Normal Summon or Special Summon until your second Standby Phase. Destroy this card when the effect resolves. When this card is removed from the field by it's own effect, you cannot conduct you Battle Phase that turn. I really have no idea what kind of deck this would go in, but idk, I saw this picture and had to make a card for it. Partangle the Candle Jangler
Your opponent's second end phase when? You do have to say it. And since it nukes the field and your opponent can't summon, AND it destroys at the end of your opponent's turn so skipping the Battle Phase is basically null. It's OP'd basically. It's a stronger Dark Hole.
I see what you're saying but I don't think it's overpowered in any way, it blocks either play from attacking anyway and you can't normal summon, therefore, this is just a stall card, and it's not like you can attack your opponent when this card dies. I don't see this card in any way op'd.
It IS VERY OVERPOWERED because it nukes and then it's destroyed during your opponent's turn SO you don't skip any battle phase and now have a clear defenseless opponent. It would make Ancient Gears invincible with their trap negating stuff. Or any deck using Royal Decree.

There was a flaw in my OCG, it was meant so you cant attack on your turn, so you can't attack a your opponent defenseless.

FindingTheEverlight
Oh wow... I didn't even save it, lol. But I did make some changes, instead of your opponents End Phase, I put during your own Standby. I think that fixes it slightly.
Partangle the Candle Jangler
It's actually a LOT better now. Although it would kinda kill the duel. Good for stall decks and burn possibly idk.
FindingTheEverlight
Yeah, it's kinda funny how changing three words changes how the effect works, lol.
Sander
It's pretty much a more broken version of Dark Hole. The fact that you can easily stall for 2 turns and build up your resources without the fear that your opponent will do anything is just a badly designed part of the card. ragnarok1945
don't prevent both normal summoning AND special summoning I'd only prevent one of them, not both of them it's still good for the burning and all that, so nothing wrong there
Technically you can't really build up your resources being that you can't normal or special, it makes it less op'd than you think. I feel that it works better that way because it stops from monster effects that would destroy this card.
It's a Dark Hole that shuts down your opponents Normal and Special Summons. The card IS overpowered. The setting is just icing on the cake.
