ragnarok1945 Posted January 1, 2012 Report Share Posted January 1, 2012 well at least the other lv4 or lower ones won't need the same restriction of 2000 or less atk though more than likely they will have the 2000 or less atk anyway I'm not quite sure what you're trying to get at with this card can you give us an example of how you intend to use it?
