In contrary to popular opinion, Chaos Dragons are actually currently the most constinent variant out there. Many people would ask why play Blue-Eyes over Galaxy-Eyes, while Galaxy-Eyes is the same thing, but with an added effect. Not really. Advantage Blue-Eyes has here is the fact that it can be milled to the Graveyard with Elemental HERO Prisma, which can be grabbed with Summoner Monk. That immediately leads us to a solid play. Monk summons Prisma, which mills Blue-Eyes. Then we overaly them both to summon Daigusto Emeral, and use its effect to revive our just-ditched Blue-Eyes.

 

Another thing that stands out is lack of Red-Eyes Wyvern, which was considered to one of better cards in Dragon decks. Sadly, the fact that it revives during the End Phase, and it restricts our Normal Summoning, really disproves it in this certain deck. So, how do we get out Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon constinently here? Thanks to Eclipse Wyvern. When it's sent to the Graveyard, we can banish a Level 7 or higher DARK or LIGHT Dragon from our deck. There's no restriction to how it needs to be sent, so it can be detached, milled, destroyed. Then, when it's banished from grave, we can add the card we banished before to our hand. We have 3 Lightpulsars, 1 Darkflare and 1 Black Luster, that gives us 5 ways to banish Wyvern out of grave. Monk gives us access to Lavalval Chain, so getting one of them is not a hard task. Also, deck has more or less 9 ways to recycle Red-Eyes. 3 Divine Dragon Apocalypse, which conveniently sends cards to grave and is Level 4 DARK Dragon, 3 Lightpulsars, Monster Reborn and 2 copies of Call of the Haunted.

 

Regarding Extra Deck, it's really light in space here, so we can allow ourselves for some experiments, mainly Sacred Omega. We can summon it by overlaying Prisma and Wyevern together. We can't pull it out constinently, but idea of having access to a 2400 beater with immunity to removal for 2 turns seems cute enough to try out. Omega gives us indirect access to Ptolemys, which can recycle our Dragons. Lightpulsar is Level 6 as well, so it's another way to bring out Ptolemys.

One of the most varied Extra Decks I've ever seen that don't include Synchros.

 

Also, I agree with the thought of no Red-Eyes Wyvern. I mean, we tend to see REDMD and immediatelly associate it to Wyvern, but lately the restrictions it has are too much of a burden, and this deck is not supposed to be dependant on Future Fusion either.

Also, the fact that it summons in End Phase, it doesn't give us time window to use Red-Eyes, and leaves it open to removal.

Don't run Gustaph Max. That's my one big suggestion here.

 

And the other is to run one or two Koa'ki Meiru Drago.

As I said before, extra deck is very light in space, so I can afford myself to play fillers like Gustaph. And honestly, it did won me a game once, and I really like it.

 

Eh, in here, Koa'ki Meiru Drago is quite stupid. Deck plays only LIGHT and DARK monsters, so Drago would hinder me more than it would help.

Lol, don't you know how to use Drago? If you're using it properly, it should be easily able to be off the field your turn and back on during your Opponents. It's a common Dragon strategy. Works well too. Think of it like a switch, that you can turn on and off at your will.

I know how to use Dragon, but it really doesn't fit in here. It was here in first draft of the deck, but it barely helped. But ok, what would you neg for it?

Yet if it's a dead draw, why should you bother to run it? I mean seriously, that was retarded justification. Running 1 card so that 1 other card isn't a dead draw is just completely stupid. :l Drop Prismas for Trade-Ins goddamnit.
