While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster's Level is increased by 4. While this card is equipped to a monster: You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard; the monster it was equipped to can attack your opponent directly this turn. Other monsters cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
Aside from the fact the Direct-attacking effect is mediocre, the +4 levels part seems quite interesting, as it could allow for a few Big Eye plays O,o Discuss. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Konami, why you stuff around messing them up with all different freaking levels? ATK is a plus point compared to other Inzektors, but can't see it being of much use or being very practical for getting Big Eye in reality. Do people actually use the Level increase ability then? I thought all anyone did was Damsel-Hornet-Centipede swarm direct attack.

I just thought it was neat cuz' it increases by 4.
Premier Alexander Romanov
Essentially, this is supposed to be our replacement Hornet when Hornet itself is inevitably banned. Which isn't saying much, as it prevents you from doing that other thing Inzektors are good at: attacking. ... You know, I've never been this sad to see an archetype go. I can see the writing on the wall. Hornet will get banned, and the Inzektors coming out in Galactic Overload have made it clear we're not getting anything like it again. *sigh* I'm gonna miss you Inzektors... I ran them with Kabutron and a couple other non-standard cards. But yes, GAOV Inzektors suck. It's like Konami doesn't want them to have synergy anymore... Lonk
You see Konami: this is what happens when you make a single card that breaks the archtype on the first go: You hit the broken card and, to make up, you give them crap cards. Geez, it's Blackwings all over again.

Premier Alexander Romanov
IDK, but it's on DN, and it sort of makes up for Hornet... Sort of... I mean, you can equip any Inzektor to a Dragonfly or a Centipede, and use the effect of the Dragonfly or Centipede, plus get back the Inzektor you just sent away. It's slower...much slower...but it's better than the card up top...
RAEGING D0GKING
would of been amazing if its effect was like hornets, where you unequip it to have the monster gain 4 levels for the rest of the turn other than that BEST INZEKTOR MONSTER
evilfusion
I like it, considering most Inzektors are Level 3 (thus making them Level 7s), but it feels superfluous. The direct attack effect is fairly meh, but it combos well with Dragonfly or Centipede. An Inzektor varient could use it, but I feel it'd be weaker than regular Inzektors.
