I'm not all for it to be honest. You have essentially no reason not to get rid of the Xyz Materials which give you reason to spam the Level 4 monsters. Granted, they are restrictive to Level 4, but if you think about it, use this twice and you'll get out a new one, and when the old one is destroyed you can spam back another Level 4f or the new one to use. It doesn't seem to really have a draw back in that perspective. But, not to take this for granted, it can combo really well with High ATK Vanilla Decks with cards such as Alexandrite Dragon and Gene-Warped War Wolf, but it does highlight the possible chance of overpowerment.

Image is good, not sure why Japanese but can't complain, so the only quarrel I have is that it is too easy to get out in my opinion and it's effect just spams for LV4 Xyz monsters; I think it needs a drawback.

If you ran 3 in your Extra Deck, it be cool cause you could keep making it with the level 4s you summoned. 9/10
