CommanderVolt
Swift seems fair, 1900 ATK beater which can swing twice when the opponent draws outside of their Battlephase (Which would be odd) Seems balanced to me. Its effect also makes me assume it gets to be applied even during the opponents turn, but wont dissapear untill your next end phase. I think that little bit should be a little more clear. Peace also seems fair. It can reveal a Skylord card in hand to negate an attack once per turn. Makes me feel like the archetype will be similar to koa'ki meiru, although instead they reveal to produce effects rather than have draw backs. Also its a recruiter which can summon more of it self. A bit iffy on it being able to summon it self though, but otherwise seems fine. Invictus is like a wierd Golden Lady Bug imo. But it fits the abilty to reveal it self when using the effects of Skylord monsters. Not much to say there. Alcipe lets you return Skylords in your graveyard to your deck when the equipped monster destroys a monster in battle. Also has Heavy Mech Support Platform claus. Returning to the deck from the graveyard seems a bit underwhelming, but not bad i guess. Regia lets you reveal any number of Skylords when your attacked to decrease the ATK of that monster by the amount revealed times 200? . . .Seems okay i guess. More revealing, hopefully later cards will add onto this. And its got a random Closed Forest claus throwed in. all in all, seems pretty good. I can't wait to see more. And sorry about not being able to help with OCG this round.

Caeli Regia is cool support, since it's basically Honest a lot of the time. Also, interesting fact: Ceremonial Bell would completely shut down the deck due the incapability to reveal an already revealed card. Yes, this is relevant, and yes, Ceremonial Bell is probably good. Kyng's Old Account
Thanks for the comments; OCG has been Fixed, ALCIPE and COLUMBINE's effects fixed respectively. Poison Love, evalutaive notes are without question appreciated. Thanks for the OCG Rai, and yes, Ceremonial Bell would indeed cripple this Deck. However I suppose that cards, such as Swift and hopefully later Lv5 + monsters should be able to address that wall. I honestly never thought about Ceremonial Bell. I hope you'll enjoy the next bunch I release soon ^^
ragnarok1945
for Invictus, you should have made the 500 LP gain as a 500 burn to your opponent instead. LP gain isn't all that useful unless it's like 2000 or more Regia is meh, I would have made it 300 per level right now it doesn't appear the atk drop would be all that huge

ragnarok1945
then how about making it at 250 per level?
NeoTwice
I'm absolutely loving these cards. The effects all appear to be gramatically correct from what I can see, and the archetype is so promising. One thing I noticed was that you won't be able to use Invictus for the effect of Caeli Regia because of the way you worded "decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by 200 x the number of "Skylord" cards revealed in this way." Don't know if this was intentional or not, but because it's not technically a "Skylord" card, though it can be revealed, it wouldn't be included in the calculation (I think). Maybe change it to say "decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by 200 x the number of cards revealed in this way."

ragnarok1945
for Might, a 200 atk boost is virtually nothing, I'd make it bigger. Yes you did put 500 at the end, but it's still not much Hymn looks fine the way it is since you'd have to destroy your own if it doesn't work out, I'm guessing that was you intent

ragnarok1945
Vital is meh. 500 LP boost is very little and not practical Ruler's effects are fine, but the guy is WAY too weak for a lv7 monster, I'd raise the atk to 2500 so it can stand a chance and maybe last longer on the field Jupiter is meh for just spell/trap immunity, kind of hoped it'd do more on the field
Kyng's Old Account
Updated: 17 new cards added, Ruler and Jupiter tweaked. Valor, considering the new update, will show to be somewhat useful. I would really appreciate comments from other users besides those from Ragnarok, mix it up a little. This is my second to last update, last one should include a Fusion, another Synchro, an Xyz, more tuners, and some additional support monsters. Curiosity, should I use Regia counters, or in turn Spell counters?
ragnarok1945
the only card that isn't too good is the Yggrasil card 100 gain per counter isn't really good unless you remove like 20 counters or something for the most part people prefer burn compared to gain now in this case it's fine because Yggrasil is the Tree of Life in mythology, so that's intended for healing and all that, so make it like 300 gain per counter

ragnarok1945
Glory is kind of meh for just that kind of special summon, kind of hoped it'd do more Palace's burn is really good, I'm surprised you allowed tributing 2 cards you control and not say that one of them MUST be Palace Skysprite is a bit TOO easy to get onto the field since it doesn't matter how much you boost your LP. In this case a small LP gain WOULD be practical For Skywisp, why is it a pryo type yet a WIND attribute, shouldn't it be FIRE?
Kyng's Old Account
This should do more than justify that final remark:
