Ieyasu Tokugawa
Because I just lost to Ironhammer beatdown If you control "ESPer Star Sparrow", "Beast Warrior Puma" and "Phoenix Beast Gairuda", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). While this card is face-up on the field, monsters cannot change their battle positions. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster you control; this turn, that target can attack directly during the Battle Phase.

evilfusion
Oh, those cards are on DN. *takes a moment to reach each card* Holy hell that Deck looks fun. The fact this isn't a Nomi or Semi-Nomi is what makes it cool. 900 ATK makes it searchable by Sangan or Giant Rat. It's Level 8 for Trade-In and can be revived with Trade-In. The inability to change Battle Positions does make the above methods hazardous considering it does have 3500 DEF, which is just plain massive. Also, the effect to let one of your monsters direct attack each turn is amazing, considering how much of a wall it is, and how it doesn't restrict what kind of monster/Level/stats can take advantage of this effect. It can even use it on itself.
