Guest Icy Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Like in Your Deck, due to a lot of factors it's near impossible for well... me, or the pseudo-active moderators (grrrrrr) to actually select someone immediately from our own knowledge base to be moderators. And with me being increasingly inactive due to college and other obligations. It's become absolutely important that we kinda do this selection blind-sighted. So if you may. Please PM me up to 3 users you'd believe would make ideal moderators of Custom Cards. Do not vote for yourself, and please include at least 2 sentences why you think they should be moderator of custom cards as well as links to the users in question. As a note as well; while I will not be stepping down the user in question who does become moderator will act in my steed as well as their own while I am inactive, afterwards we'll see that road when I do become active again. Rodrigo Clause- Messaging your suggestions to me via MSN/Skype will not count towards this as I do not keep records of any conversation due to privacy issues. By "moderator of Created Card", you mean moderator of Realistic Cards, Pop Culture Cards, Any Other Cards, Written Cards, Card Contests, Finished Contests, and 1 on 1 Constests, correct? Edit: And upon the slightest bit of thinking, do you really think it is a wise decision to put a completely new person (just one. You wrote 'user' as opposed to 'users') in charge of, not only 5 sections but also the biggest draw of the forum? I mean, sure they'll have Mik to look after them if they need guidance but... And secondly, the whole "but you're only in charge as long as I'm gone" seems like it'd be a bit off putting. As I said on MSN, cross that bridge when we get there and all... which means we decide whether or not they're a permanent spot on the team when you return.
