Ieyasu Tokugawa
Ignorance is bliss until something goes wrong, then you can't complain about the things that went wrong without making a total ass of yourself.

Tentacruel
Ignorance is a word elitist snobs like to throw around to make themselves look smart. Ignorance is simply not knowing. It's really not that big of a deal, unless you choose to be ignorant.

Apostle of Calamity
Ignorance is fun, along with hypocrisy, indifference, selfishness, narcissism, bigotry, arrogance, and harmonial discord. All of these things have good a bad attributes to them and the only actual reason we consider them negative is because we as humans get pissy when it happens to us. Every human is guilty of one, most, or all of these emotions without exception because they cannot get rid of them. They happen. No human is perfect and no human is exempt from emotions many laws. When one human uses this emotion he either does not care or fails to notice he did it but when it happens to that same person he is keen to notice and quick to dislike it. Hell yeah it's fun. Hypocrisy? No, because Hypocrite is so overused now and has taken on a new meaning...much like the homophobic slur "Gay" and how everyone would call something they didn't like "gay". Now the true hypocrites use the term the same as either Ignorance or Stupidity. Indifference? I don't find that fun for reasons obvious. Selfishness? This one is really fun until you become forever alone... Narcissism? See above. The other ones? I don't feel like doing. Most people see the terms you named as synonyms....those are the true ignorant people.
