Toffee. Posted February 5, 2012 Report Share Posted February 5, 2012 Unlike Brio, you can Summon this card through Debris Dragon, [i]and[/i] Junk Synchron. Though despite the fact it requires a somewhat larger Graveyard in order to take full advantage of it, its still a pretty incredible card overall. Because it's a cost, and Extra Deck monsters cannot exist in the Deck. So they specify right off the bat that Extra Deck monsters cannot fulfill the cost. Or something like that.
