You can Speciall Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 "Celtic Guardian" you control. You cannot activate this effect if you alredy Normall summoned or Set during this turn. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to have this card gains 400 ATK untill the End of that turn.

Tell me if i need to ballance it out or something like that :)

Pretty cool card. I think it should be an EARTH monster, keeping true to the original Celtic Guardian. Also I think hist ATK & DEF should be 1000 more than the original Celtic Guardian, it further links them. Oh yeah, the lore should read:

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 "Celtic Guardian" you control. You cannot Normal Summon or Set the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn: You can discard 1 Spell Card; Increase this monster's ATK by 400 until the End Phase.

Card is fairly bad and unoriginal.

It's a monster evolution that requires running a Vanilla in a way that Rescue Rabbit doesn't help and requires you to not Normal Summon Celtic Guardian that turn. You would NEVER normal summon this as it does NOTHING for you. It's at least a -1 to summon, at that, outside cards not taken into account.

In addition, giving up valuable spells for a once per turn 400 boost until the EP is bad because that spell is probably much more potent on its own or Summoner Monk would do it better =T

Needs a way to gain back the advantage you lost for its summon and be able to summon it the same turn you Normal Summon Celtic Guardian.

Bold is wrong, because, as he has it worded, you can NS AFTER you summon it, just not before.

To make this card playable, you'd have to allow Normal Summons beforehand (thus Celtic Guardian can be summoned, then evolve right after) and change the downright crappy ATk gain effect

If it was 500 ATK untilt he end phase for a MILL, that would be better, seeing as it doesn't drain your hand resources, and can be used in a Lightsworn deck or deck that has plant engine and all that

Sorry didn't really know what you were going for as it made no sense to restrict this card to only being able to be Summoned if you didn't Normal Summon yet. That really hurts the card as it makes it more difficult to get out and all you really gain is 1000 ATK over Celtic Guardian. If you could just evolve Celtic Guardian as soon as you Summon it that would make this card sligthly better. Also another thing that bugs me is the Level. The fact that it's Level 7 makes it a non-viable card as you would need 2 Tributes on the offchance that you don't have a Celtic Guardian. At Level 6 it only requires 1 Tribute which fits for its ATK & DEF stats. Think about all of the other, more viable, 2 Tribute monsters such as Dark Magician or Blue Eyes who, while they don't have effects, trump this card. Also the OCG is still a little off.
