It's Level 3, Light, Fairy, has a 1000 burn effect if attacked while facedown...that's all there really is to it. It has no real weakness other than stats. Having multiples means easy burn while stalling. Konami hates stalling, and they hate Burn, and probably the only reason Gravity Bind and Level Limit are given so much rein is because they can be played around and easily removed, and now Xyz can bypass them entirely.
