^Not at all. It is easier to search and special summon it as a Vanilla (Like with Rescue Rabbit as Mu mentioned) than as a SKull Servant (In which case, only it's own effect could special summon it. Also, as a Skull Servant in the graveyard, it empowers King of Skull Servants which is pretty uch the only point other than maybe Rank 1 XYZ's.

Overall, good very useful card. If this were real, Skull Servant decks could be really viable (Which they may already be, and I could be mistaken as I'm not a hardcore player or anything). 9/10 because I like the card, but I wouldn't use it as I don't like Skull Servant.
