It's always been unlimited, for some reason, but what will become of the up-the-sleeve +4 or more now that even more generic and powerful options are becoming available? Personally I really dislike the Quasar builds though, they run more potentially dead monsters and lack outs to situations, with a win condition that is relatively set in stone, due to the play-style the player will naturally use.
