Since this is a level 3 XYZ with 0 ATK and its only use is its effect i find no reason to say this is OP... Pretty good card. But you probably won't take my word for it. And all this card has to be is destroyed or banished, which it will do to itself in 2 turns. I think you should take of the banished part, because there could be abuse with that part of it's effect, creating a possible loop.
