Man Working Nights are exhausting!

I don't have job. But I probably won't mind a night shift because I'm a huge night person. I'm like an owl. Tired and stuff during the day and wide awake in the night. To stay awake, I recommend drinking Monsters, Full Throttle, Red Bull etc. Probably not Full Throttle because that tastes like crap. Then after many Monsters and falling to sleep around 3 or 4 AM on weekends, your sleep schedule will be almost backwards (perfect for a job that requires a night shift me thinks). ;-)

It depends on what you mean by 'night job'.

If you are working second shift, which generally runs from 2 in the afternoon until 10 at night, then you simply adjust your schedule like so:

2pm-10pm Work

10pm-8am Home from Work/Sleep

8am - 2pm Daily Things/Travel to Work

If you are working a third shift position, which generally runs from 10pm until about 6am, adjust schedule as so:

10pm-6am Work

6am-4pm Home from Work/Sleep

4pm - 10pm Daily Things/Travel to Work

You'll get adjusted quicker this way, it won't be so rough on your body, and you'll get to spend more time with friends and family.
