The GX chancellor used it against Hell Kaiser. By "used it", I mean he set it, silently predicted the move that'd be made to regain Cyber End Dragon (w/ Creature Swap) which would win the duel with this card, and then discovered to his horror that Kaiser chosen a completely different strategy.
