for the xyz monster, ANY lv4 or lower WATER monster is a bit too versatile

I would have said like any lv4 or lower aqua type or something like that, since your Epic Fish is an aqua type

the same is true for the Sea Life in a Bottle

Hydrated We Stand, now THERE'S a good knock off of the old United We Stand card, though it should be fine in terms of boosting since United We Stand can do almost just as much

Oh my God.. What the hell is this.

Fish is broken. It's an advantage gaining machine, and I'm sure there's a way to abuse it that escapes me. I mean a way to get 2 level 1 waters.

Do you not know how broken One For One is? It's a -1, but even so it sets up for murder. Not only did you make a continuous version of 141 for WATER, Which makes it better than 141 off the bat, but you also made it DISCARD, rather than send, an you made it ANY level 4 or lower. How on earth was this a good idea? It's like Dragon Ravine and 141 had a terribly abusable baby ._.

Refill is pointless and would just clog.

Hydrated is just a worse version of United We Stand, given equips are terrible outside of Vylon OTKs. Could do stuff with Coelecanth, but eh.

Also, your OCG is off, but can't correct ATM.

And never, ever listen to Ragnarok. Ever.
