Well, he can, but it's retarded. No artist will ever agree to that. There's also this thing called "favorites" on deviantart. And if it's something which wasn't originally on there, I doubt he would ask for permission to post it. Besides, it's incredibly stupid to use dA for hosting images instead of photobucket or imgur or other websites which were actually designed for that. There are plenty imageboards people can use to host and look up pictures for their cards. The people who use their dA as a photobucket are the cancer of dA and I instantly report anything posted on there that doesn't belong to the person who's posting it, and that's how it should be. OT: card's still broken. A card that special summons itself while in the deck is horrible design. Also, with this, Cyber Dragon becomes the new Tour Guide, although in this case it doesn't spam puny Leviathan Dragons but Volcasaurus', Tiras, even Pleiades. Which is overpowered as f***. Especially if you don't know whether it's free for use or not. The card isn't super broken only because Photons are terrible. But the fact that this is a free +1 for the measly cost of some Life Points is still pretty impressive and not to be laughed at. And it pretty much is a staple in Sacreds. Which is bad. While it's right to always ask for permission, as long as the picture doesn't have a watermark/the artist states you can't use it without permission of some sort or you don't make profit from it, it's okay to use even without asking. On the card, making it Level 8 will make it damn good, cause of the cards you've already said. A little OP if you ask me, but I'll make it. Thanks.
