This is just like honest, just the ATK and DEF are switched and only for DARK Fairy and Fiend monsters.

So, judging by the fact this is better than Honest and it's still used and is limited, this is OP'd.

This is so Broken, DARK Fiend-Type? Dark World? Make them like a boss if this were real.

If you wanna make an effect like this, go it for psychics or sea-serpent. and only gaining 1000 ATK not more

Anyways, this card is still absolutely horrendous design, even with the restriction. Think about it, if Kalut and Honest are both at 1, there must be a reason for it. It's not necessarily as good as either of those, but it still has a huge range of targets, including Tour Guide from the Underworld and Sangan.

Given Dark World's position on the list, and the fact Grapha tends to linger, this is just overkill there. In the current metagame, this is a farce.

It's also ridiculous in casual play and as a whole, in the same way as Honest and Kalut. Hand traps like this are most definitely not a good idea to make, and are either broken or crap, like Gem-Merchant.

Not sure how to fix it given that, just... Make it more specific. At least it's not searchable =T

Now that it's only for DARK Fairies, it's much more fair, but the only decks it supports would be Nurse Reficule Burn and Darklords. But I see you didn't make the effect last until the End Phase, which is not the best choice for design.

With that said, it's a cool card for a rather undersupported decktype. It's also a beatstick which gives it even more usefulness. After adding "until the End Phase" to the ATK adding effect, it should be perfect.

I like the artwork and name as well, fits the card flavor-wise very well.
