1 Tuner monster + `Red Eyes Black Dragon`
When this card Destroys as a Result of a Battle a monster your Opponent Control ,Banish it instead of sending it to the Graveyard , This card Gain x300 ATK For Each Monster in your Opponent Banish Zone. Once per turn you can Discard 1 card from your Hand, if you do, You can Banish 1 card in your Opponent Graveyard's.

Not sure if everything is right ^^

"Red-Eyes Neo-Dragon" or "Red-Eyes Neo Dragon" would fit the name more.

"Red-Eyes Black Dragon" + 1 Tuner Monster
Banish any monster this card destroys in battle. This card gains 300 ATK for each of your opponent's banished cards. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card and banish 1 Monster in your opponent's Graveyard.

I think that is borderline correct. Maybe someone super special awesome will fix that

Besides the OCG, the card seems good and would give REBD SOME playability. But honestly, I don't see how the card supports the main function of REBD decks, to get out high ATK Dragons. This in no way affiliates itself with other REBD support or similar cards.

I'll end all queries:

"Banish any monster this card destroys in battle. This card gains 300 ATK for each of your opponent's banished cards. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card; banish 1 Monster in your opponent's Graveyard."

This card doesn't somewhat provides a use for Chaos Dragons, however it serves the complete opposite purpose; why you would run Red-Eyes with Chaos Dragons, except REDMD of course, is beyond me. This card, however, is overpowered, because of the following reasons:
1 - This card banishes monsters is destroys by battle (which is fine) as well as discarding to banish (which tips the balance).
2 - Banishing two cards in a row is unjust, the latter effect (Discard to banish) should not allow this monster to battle in the same turn.

I can see the text in the bottom right corner which somewhat spoils the image, but that aside this doesn't offer really an support for any Red-Eyes Deck I can imagine that actually, well, works.

Kyng's right, it is OPed in that it can banish and attack in the same turn.

I don't mind the card overall, but it doesn't feel like a Red-Eyes monster to me, because it's playing off your opponents banished cards, whereas previously Red-Eyes monsters play off your own graveyard.I think this would work better if it gained ATK for your own banished cards, especially with Red-Eyes Wyvern in the mix.

Also, I don't think the signature ni the bottom is an issue. It's no worse than this:

This is proving my point; this is not good artwork unlike the originals. For a 5th Gen Artwork I was let down, big time.
