If you mean the 1 material thing, its because I wanted to something different... instead of using 2 or 3... why not 1 :3

sorry but XYZ required 2 or more xyz material so card is unrealistic

and if you do put 2 level 12 then its proably going to be oped with its current effect

Xyz don't have to require 2+ monster to be summoned, just read the Chaos Xyz Change summoning. :I

But seriously, the card isn't THAT hard to Summon, cause it doesn't take much for a dedicated Deck so Summon a Level 12 monster, then Xyz into this, but the easiest target would be Five-Headed Dragon and Elemental HERO Divine Neos, since they can be Summoned via Future Future Fusion / their own Fusion Spell Card (Miracle Fusion / Dragon's Mirror).

On the balancing side, I can't be too sure, since it doesn't take much resources at all to be Summoned. Keep in mind that I'm not talking about the destruction negation negation effect, but the fact that it's an easy 5k beater with a Phantom of Chaos esque effect and a burn effect that will most likely be a game ending move.

first, have shyuudragon and nephthe dragon on the field. Then increase nephthe level by one, to six. Easy, there are many cards that allow to easily do this, but let's go with resonance device. Xyz Summon Atumus, Xyz Summon Gaia Dragoon, xyz summon this card.

LLUM FOSC would get the following effs:

-once per turn, tribute one hieroglyph monster you control or in your hand to destroy one spell/trap card your opponent controls.
-once per turn, tribute one hieroglyph monster you control or in your hand to destroy one monster your opponent controls.
-once per turn, you can detach one xyz material on this card: special summon from your deck one dragon monster, but it's atk and def become 0.
-this card inflicts piercing damage.

not to mention the overwhelming number of 4 xyz materials, and 4 out of 6 effs don't require the usage of xyz materials. You wouldn't even have to be worried about his only drawback: 0 atk and def when have no xyz materials.
