I apologize if this comment turns out terrible but I hope I still have the card-making skills I had in the past (not sounding cocky or anything!).

The fix highlighted in red is a fix I'm not very sure about.

OK, aside from the OCG Fix: Change the Monster Type from 'Fish' to 'Serpent' (I think). The name could be more original, in my taste I would rather put another name after 'Skloop' because it's too simple and short (if it has a meaning ignore this). The image is carefully selected, and in good quality. However, I'm not the sort the guy who could think certain situations of using cards like these but overall I would give this card a 7.2/10. My main point is, work on your OCG, you're getting there.

*Edit: 7.7/10

@Below post: Yeah that's it. I don't think you need the 'each' though.

Hmm, good card. I see the general idea of being able to be searched by Mother Grizzly and returned by the effect of Salvage. It's other effect of being able to Summon a card with ATK lower than it's own as you could just equip it with loads of equips, activate Dark Hole and Special Summon Coelcecanth, other Strong WATER monster. It can also Special Summon itself but it isn't bad because you would probably go for something more useful. And even now it can abuse Skreech. Destroy this, Summon Skreech, Send 1/2 of these to grave, recycle with Salvage. Unless that was your intention, either way, try putting a limit on the ATK of teh Special Summoned monster, say "1500 or less". Just to get more searchers out. But besides from that, great card.

then it'll work for any WATER monster as long as it has 1850 atk or less

That was the idea, yes.

personally though, I think you should make sure it can't summon ITSELF back to the field via that effect

make it less recycling so you can't abuse it as much
However I think not letting it summon itself back would limit usefulness a bit.

Edited OCG.

If it couldn't summon itself back, it couldn't create the loop cards like Giant Rat do at the moment ~ Get destroyed, SS another, get destroyed, SS another, get destroyed, SS another, get destroyed, SS some other monster.
It's the same basic principle here, although slightly different. Basically, you get 1 of these on the field and 1 in the Grave, you've got a pretty good defensive wall system loop thing.
