During the End Phase, if this face-up card on the field was destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard this turn, you can remove from play 1 "Nordic Beast" Tuner monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When it is Special Summoned by this effect, inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

Resident Fascist
aww f*** no, not him. best aesir because it has the best set of nordicks. And it's really annoying. So I like to deny it with solemn warning all day.
Welche the crab
Actually it goes This > Loki > Odin because Beasts are the best, Loki is easy to spam and Odin looks cool. And Dog King is a changed man.
Alice Moonflowyr
MARCH TOWARDS RAGNAROK! Odin is best Aesir. But Thor looks pretty bad-ass.
CDDRodrigo
Dog King is a changed man, eh. Let's see. OT: Ponies. Ponies everywhere. Someone please photoshop Dragan hugging a pony.
Greiga
Vanadis is Quickdraw and you should run 1. This was @Welche.
SANDAA BORUTO
Best Polar God art-wise IMO. And the effect is pretty good too. Butit shoulda been invulnerable to the Solemns.
Βyakuya
Thor is more consistent in summoning and returning, as well an extra effect of negating your opponent's monster effs. Average ATK/DEF stats between all 3 are ok, so pretty much best Aesir.
evilfusion
I'm almost curious how YOU would know how long his suspension lasts. But he'll still be banned unless something changed without my knowledge. Thor is the most playable of the Polar Gods, thanks to Nordic Beasts being able to Summon it extremely easy with Tanngnjostr -> Guldfaxe/Tanngrisnir, followed by Normal Summoning the other/a Level 3. I consider Odin the next most playable because you do the exact same thing, except using Tanngnjostr for Tanngrisnir, and Normal Summoning Vanadis. Although Loki could be Summoned at that same combo, Vanadis would be revival fodder for Odin, whose effect is amazing.
Welche the crab
No really Dog King plans to be good for 3 months. It's funny because no one cares what this guys effect is, he is just a 3.5k beater.

evilfusion
Ah, I remember running Nordics on DN for a while, and people often were surprised to learn that Thor is an Ignition Effect, not a Quick Effect.

Welche the crab
Oh I get it. Well it would be amazing if it was a Quick effect because it would work on both players turns I think. Also, why is DK perma banned now?
Greiga
Well I went over this when I was defending mage but, obscene images and helping manage multiple alts.
because he added nothing useful to YCM and only served as another failtroll who insulted vaguely and didn't expand upon any of his points. I.e: Have you read... and so on. SANDAA BORUTO
@Welche: Dunno. OT: I love using Megingjord on this card to make it a 7k beater. So many heart attacks (and ragequits). Also, inb4itsahorntarget.
evilfusion
Because you're slow on the news front? It wasn't a secret. Thor would be so epic if it was a Quick Effect to be used during either player's turn. A once-per-turn, one-sided Skill Drain on any player's turn. And it's still slightly better than the anime effect (ignoring the anime had free, infinite revival, no matter whose card killed Thor). The anime could only negate one monster's effect and stole the effect. While that's epic in its own right, the rulings would be annoying. Kind of like Savior Star Dragon's. Welche the crab
Actually it was a secret from even him. I think he got caught in the same glitch that had me perma banned for a few weeks. So what ruling problem would we encounter? If it stole Stardust it wouldn't be able to revive itself?
evilfusion
That's one of them, yes. I more meant in complexity, though. Cards that copy/steal effects tend to have incredibly fickle rulings, usually because the stealing monster is able to perform an action that the copied effect might not permit, or vice versa.
