Canadian
TT is at 2? Neat. Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, 2 TT in every deck. Run this?
.Rai
Considering there are basically 8 different cards you can use to trigger this for a Stardust Dragon, and you are negating an opponent's effect for 4 or those, it's now a mainable option. I'd still side it though, simple for space and the main decks of the format can easily win without the staples since they have various loops. Canadian
Generally, when this card is played. You gain a huge advantage and usually win right after.

Now they are unbanned, this card is just ridiculous. You'll be second guessing every card your opponent has down as a Starlight Road....
Canadian
You can bluff 4 backrow and have your opponent not go and heavy storm you. Back in the day, storm would have simply dealt 4000 damage from jusgement, but now it could cost you the game. Unless you are jesse and +3 by storming my bluffs XD
Alice Moonflowyr
IMO, is now a staple. I tech/side it in EVERYTHING. And I have room problems. Mostly because I run 2 warning and a Bribe instead of a Judgment. Card is awesome. I have 2.
Expelsword
I like to use MST to magically destroy this, then follow up with Black Rose.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
That feeling you get when you solemn their starlight road and push for game, its classic.
Zeal Ascendant
You could probably run this now, but eh... if you have space, I guess.
Alice Moonflowyr
O.o? Someone just told me you shouldnt Bribe this, cus your opponent gets to draw. O.o?
Expelsword
If you can get over Stardust and everything else you tried to destroy, you shouldn't bribe this, or have activated it in the first place...
Alice Moonflowyr
............I know that! I'm not f***ing stupid. But he said you just shouldnt bribe it. I get the impression he was saying 'Never use Bribe period.' Which is stupid. But you need to Bribe/Solemn this if you Cannot run over Starfag, and if you were heavying a large backrow. Someone just told me you shouldnt Bribe this, cus your opponent gets to draw. O.o?
It's would work out as a +0 to your opponent seeing as they laid Road in the first place. Don't listen to them XD

ihop
Umm, Solemn Warning anyone?
Alice Moonflowyr
I actually don't main Judgment. I main Bribe. I have extremely bad luck with the 1/2 LP killing me in the long run. So I side it, and main bribe. Still works perfectly well against this. ._.
J-Max
Bribe is usually the Safe option especially early in the Duel. When you're below 3000 Life Points though, Solemn comes out on top as the ultimate Swiss Army Knife.
Alice Moonflowyr
I still only side it. I put it in when my opp runs too many monsters that need to be Warningd. Or I run MF. :
