I'm sorry, but you've not given a single point that legitimately explains how this card is anything short of balanced.

Alright, I'll give you the fact of a discard cost increases chances, but who is going to negate PWWB unless they're already pushing for game?

Maxx "C" shouldn't be giving you advantage, more often than not. It should keep advantage and shut down plays.

This card is always going to be a -1. Always. Except in Dark Worlds or bouncing some S/T that'll kill stuff. No matter how much you reuse it, it's a -1. The value of the card in the game is a once-per-every-other-turn bounce to deck, not even to the top of it. You're not giving them dead draws, or anything like that. It's a -1 that can turn itself into a +0 x number of times before becomign a -1 forever. Like you said, you won't always have a Fiend in the grave, so what's the problem? Your very argument of "wait until you have a fiend" shows everythign wrogn with what you're saying.

And this is pretty relevant if it's in grave and they're not pushing for OTK at that moment.

This card gives Dark Worlds a push in the form of balanced support. If it was to the hand you'd be calling it useless. Grapha and Snoww are both list worthy, as is TGU, so anythign that abuses this is abusive in its own right, even without this.

It is too hard to understand that what I don't like is that it not a Dark World Support only? If it was the case I wouldn't complain at all...even when trying to buff a Deck like Dark Worlds just to compete with other 3 Decks isn't what I could call a good design route...I won't mind as long as the cards stays in its territory...

So, because this banlist is set in stone for 6 months, I can't design a card to bring something else up to the metagame's standards?
