Biomech is kinda interesting. Could be a decent way to make your opponent really play conservative, but only if the monsters you're going to get back will have over 2500+ ATK with the 1k boost effect, which you probably will be able to do anyways, if one of the materials is Googol.

Honestly, not too sure about Googol. Can be Summoned really easily (4500 DEF wall for minimum of 3 monsters ._.), and the cost isn't that hard to accomplish.

well, you'd definitely have powerful monsters when you use Biomech. Especially if you've teched Googol in some level 8 spam deck. You just need to SS Googol, then SS for example Galaxy Eyes, use Googol's effect to make Galaxy Eyes level 9 and Xyz into Biomech. After that you get Googol with 3100 ATK and a Galaxy eyes with 4000 ATK and indestructible by effects.
So, Googol's stats are actually not important at all so I can change them to whatever. I think it'd still be fine if it has around 1000 ATK or even less.
The DEF is so high only because of the picture lol. He seemed like too gigantic of a guy to not have massive DEF. And he's also a level 9 so..

But Yeah, I can make it maybe 1000 ATK / 3000 DEF ?
or if that's still too high, just 1000/1000 ?

Please stop abusing the English Language. I can hear it weep from miles away.
Also, point out 1 thing that is overpowered about returning monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck.
1. You lose all your Graveyard setup and decks that rely on it will be hurt. (most decks)
2. I already mentioned its ATK and DEF are not important at all because of what it's meant to do.
3. Exodius already does the exact same thing.

But you're absolutely right, I most definitely don't know how to "balence" a monster if my life depended on it

First mostly just zombies need the graveyard. Second the fact that he gains 300 for each monster when his attack is already 2100 is op. Third only an idiot would use him for a broken Xyz. The ending effect only serves to bring back two guys that are already powered up to start with, then you pump them full of drugs by giving them 1000 ATK and making them invulnerable to effects? That aside, it's just when he leaves the field, and you can use those SAME MONSTERS to summon him again and repeat. And you take no consequences from this. So yeah, a card that makes two 3500 ATK monster into 6500 ATK and makes them invincible to card effects in a matter of a few turns is very, very broken.

Googol Terramech B-9:
Ok, so how is Special Summon a guy by revitalizing your deck giving him 300 ATK for each monster in it balanced? What it might as well say, is "This card can only be Special Summoned by resetting your deck and giving him at least 900+ ATK." Then there's the whole Twice per turn, either increase or decrease a monsters level thing. Just say "Once per turn, get a half priced synchro or Xyz monster." Yeah, you have to discard, but does it matter? The dude that's causing you to discard is guaranteed to be at least 3000 ATK and 4500 DEF.

The two together just give OP a new top standard to beat. Lastly, don't rage at someone for telling you that broken cards are broken. It doesn't matter if he spells like a foreign preschooler, the point of posting cards is so you can get critiques and if you expect people to bow in awe to broken cards, this forum is not for you.

Using the same monsters to summon him repeatedly will not make absolutely any difference.
Also remind me how many spammable level 9 monsters do you know of?

and why not a Xyz that you take out just so it gets destroyed? There are fusion monsters that do it. And "NO" is not a valid answer.
Learn to think outside the box.

2. Googol's effect is very similar to Exodius, the ultimate forbidden lord. And his effect is hardly OP'd.
I ALSO said, for the 50th time, if you bothered to read the previous comments that I'm changing the ATK/DEF stats.

Soo levels are star shapped for no reason huh? If you've ever run a Synchro deck you would know that lowering STARS and making the STARS higher on a tuner or synchro material help a crap ton.

Synchros do need an EXACT level. and in early duel monsters, levels were referred to as "stars" because thats how they are represented. did you notice the shiny stars on the top portion of the card? oh and BTW: retarted is not a word.

Ummmm, well, in a proper Dragon deck? That aside, the monster himself spams them by constantly reving them. You are right in that I didn't read the effect properly, and for that I apologize, but he's still rather OP'd especially since you could just return him to the Extra Deck with Compulsory Evac and stuff like that and the effect would still go through.

It's just a waste in this time. Do you see anyone using Fusions anymore? I just fail to see why you'd waste time with an effect like this especially since the guy's already a b!tch to get out.

Not sure if you know this, but Exodius is kinda hated on big time bro. That aside, if you're copying a monsters effect then telling me to "think outside the box" then there's really no way for me to explain this stuff xD

Ok, let's review Synchro's now. They require an exact level between Tuners and non-Tuner monsters correct? Now every once in a while, you're behind or above a level, hence the reason Synchro Boost, Level Returner, and other such cards that change up the levels were created. I believe that's also why the Fortune Ladies became such popular Spellcasters. Now think, a guy who can increase or decrease a monsters level by two is gonna be a much faster Synchro slip isn't it?

My point is, Synchro's run on certain levels that not all monsters are at, so yes. Googol does help Synchro's.

Lastly, stars and levels are the same thing. Don't pms over it.

Yes, I've run Synchro Decks and I can tell you there are dozens of cards that would do a better job at modifying the levels of tuners/synchro materials than this.
And this, while it can, is absolutely unnecessary and stupid to run in a Synchro Deck.

And thanks Captain Obvious, but even though they look like stars, they are called LEVELS.
