First off, when it attacks a set monster, it destroys it with its EFFECT, so cards that have their effects activate when they're destroyed by battle (like Pyramid Turtle) won't activate. Granted, it's also a -2 for your hand, but Level 4 isn't that hard to fulfill. Oh and you can insta-turn it into a Blue-Eyes White Dragon, a Level 8 3000 ATK Dragon monster, afterwards, from your hand OR deck. I'd call it decent enough. And awesome as an old card.
