There are better ways to dump hand stuff to the Grave, but this guy gets over Raiou and pretty much every other level 4 in today's meta. IGNORE THE FOLLOWING IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED IN VANGUARD Also, as you may have noted from the topic title, I want to get into Vanguard. However, I can't install Cray online and live about 700 kilometers away from the nearest store that sells them. Anyone with a solution is free to pm me.
