I try to make cards that can be used widely, this is my first attempt.
All constructive criticism is encouraged.
I don't concentrate on making the Lore of the card accurate.
As long as everyone can understand what the card intends to do, I don't mind.

youre lore is not bad actually.

On the second monster id specify limits to how many Levels you can make it (I recomend level 5)

The only problem i can see with Anubis, is how many times are you gonna be able to draw, and lose all 3 of your judgement of anubis cards?

For the first card:
Instead of "Judgment of Anubis" make it to work with "Gravekeeper's" and so. It could be like this:
"This card cannot be Normal Summoned. You can Special Summon this card from your hand while you have 3 or more "Gravekeeper's" monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can add 1 "Gravekeeper's" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck and add 1 "Gravekeeper's" card or "Necrovalley" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. This card's effect is unaffected by "Necrovalley"."

For the second card:
I like it, I think it could work

I was thinking that Anubis Ressurected may be tough to bring out. I agree with you wero-vasto, relating its Lore to the Gravekeepers arch-type is a wonderful idea, and it does create an easier way of summoning it.
I also agree with you REvan342, level limitations may be best. Even at a level limit of 5, it'd still be a very versatile tuner monster.
