You can still run a Quasar build that gets him out rather easily.

But other than that dedicated build....

Normal Synchro Clause -> Must be Synchro'd and can't be reborn'd.
Can still attack = to material #
Negate Burn -> }
Unaffected by monsters} All 3 become 1nce per turn, negate something.
When attacking, can negate negation}
Shooting star being a Synchro Summon -> Nope

It's still god.
