Because it protects Simorgh, can be summoned by Ninja Art of Transformation like Simorgh, as can Mist Valley Apex Avian. All 3 create lockdown/protection, and Summoner Monk + Ninjas + Mist Valley Falcon provide Simorgh fodder, and Falcon also helps with using your Transformations more efficiently.
