R3mixKillah
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by discarding all Machine-type monsters in your hand (Min 2). This card gains ATK equal to the number of Machine-type monsters in your graveyard x300. Once per turn, If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card while this is the only face-up Machine-type monster on the field you can send 1 Machine-type monster from the graveyard to the deck; negate the effect. REvan342
This card can be very dangerous to go against. Ex: First turn: draw this card (and five machines) Play Fading P. Discard rest of hand. This card gains 1500 ATK for 2500 total. 2nd turn: opponent activates monster reborn (like a noob) you bring one machine to your deck. Fading P. gains 600 ATK (3100 total) so on and so forth. This thing can be a nightmare for decks that run more spells/traps than monsters. so my ruling is OP. It would be much more balenced if you didnt get a ATK gain for negating the spell/trap. (basically no consequence all gain) but the design is good. Tormented
The effect doesn't really have any drawbacks IMO your gaining ATK without losing anything, plus two ways to Increase ATK with two different numerical values makes it confusing to say the least, either have just one effect which Increases ATK by a Larger amount or make it so that they can be chosen once per turn.
If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card while this is the only face-up Machine-type monster on the field you can send 1 Machine-type monster from the graveyard to the deck; negate the effect and Increase this card's ATK by 600 until the End Phase.
Okay so this doesn't make much sense to me so not only are you gaining another Machine-Type card you also get to Negate a Spell/Trap AND Gain 600 ATK points? Not only is that overpowered but it's also too confusing, Three effects in about two seconds.

And i toke of the ATK gaining effect for the negating spell/trap card. Plus i dont understand when you said "gain another machine-type". can you tell me which part of the effect lets me gain that monster or unless you are talkin bout adding the machine-type to your deck.....plus its a drawback in itself because when adding the monster from the graveyard to the deck, This card loses 300 ATK and its harder to target without cards that deal with the deck, your not gonna draw it next turn unless the effect specifically stated "Return 1 "Machine-type monster to the top of the deck". Tormented
I'm talking about adding the monster to your deck, yes it Isn't liable that you'll get it straight away but you could just use any old Magic card or Effect and get it out of your deck.
The only monsters that you could get back with Effect Monsters Effects are Machina Fortress and the Gadgets monsters. Other than those monsters, there aren't many, if any at all cards that allow you to add Machine-Type monsters from your deck to your hand. But the second effect is broken as with 3000 DEF, your opponent will not be able to get rid of this card that easily, and the S/T negation effect can be activated as much as you want, so yeah. Needs a limit on how much it can be activated.
Tormented
Still running it with those seems like a good idea if you had half a brain, that's what I'm trying to say, There ARE cards which you can get it back with.
R3mixKillah
Added a Once per turn clause for the second effect. Thanks for the review. and i knew this was overpowered in some way shape or form.
