I found this very interesting. Not only can scientists create life from nothing but they can also control how we think and grow. The idea of glow in the dark humans seems stupid though. Carrying out assassinations would be difficult.

Why can the guy not pronounce anything. At all.

That's a really bad joke.

Anyway, talk was very well informed. Had a similar talk on bio engineering about a week ago. Bio-engineering is fairly unknown, it's extremely scary, but the fundamental nature of animals is that we are curious. If we end up doing something crazy, it'll happen because we research and yeah. Then there's capitalism and all the money it could produce.

Yeah, we'll end up in a Robot Civil War sometime soon.

Hey, one of my considerable majors id gonna be bio-medical engineering. I WILL MAKE DUES EX HAPPEN! THe fact is the technology to do stuff you read in liberal media and science-fiction novels are so grossly inefficient or simply broken nothing like it will happen for decades. Hell, we can't bind nerves to electrodes, what makes you think we can make people wear something in the morning from thousands of miles away without a gun?

Bio-engineering in general has allowed humanity to sustain the population with selective breeding and genetic modifications. It's allowed the deaf to get implants to let some hear. It's improvement and eventual progress. It's the same thing people have with nuclear energy and space missions, general fear mongering.
