Being a Little risky, just thought I would try and get it done, think of it like a Chaos archetype but with Water and Fire.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 FIRE or 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field its Attribute is also treated as WATER. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card gains 2500 ATK during your turn only. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's Special Summon. You can pay 1000 Life Points; banish all cards your opponent controls.


Things I have noticed: Probably should have put the Response of the Special Summon effect NEAR the Special Summon
1000 LP loss seems a little drastic to me.

Since its so easy to summon, it seems banworthy. It is stupidly OP.

1000 LP loss is not drastic, thats generous. Banishing your opponent's entire field for 1000 LP limitlessly is insane for a card so easy to summon.

I like what you did with the Attack gain thing during only your own turn. It gives it some vunerability, but still, you could just as easily have it in defence mode, indestructible and field clearing effect makes it easy to avoid the drawback without losing much sleep.

I like the picture and the effect design, but its to OP, tone it down by maybe the latter effect being once per duel? Or make it destructible maybe.

Better make it Aqua, but the thing is, that change will make the card useless, even with the 1k to banish all cards effect. Better tone down the last effect than to change its Summoning Conditions. Maybe something in the lines of "Pay 1k, banish 1 card your opponent controls"? Ie, keep the Summoning conditions as the same, but change the nuke effect.

And I would get rid of the [color=#666666][font=tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3] "[/size][/font][/color][i]Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's Special Summon.[/i]" effect, and change the last effect to [i]"Once per turn: You can pay 1000 Life Points to target 1 card your opponent controls; banish the targeted card. [b]Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect.[/b]" [/i]Ie your opponent can still try and negate this cards Summon or something like that, but doesn't let your opponent use cards like Fiendish Chain / Effect Veiler to try and negate the activation of the last effect.

So the final version of the card should look like this:

So yeah, keeping the Summoning conditions as the same gives you the chance to Summon it with a FIRE monster and Deep Sea Diva. Don't know what FIRE monsters you would use for it, but I guess you could tech Diva in Flamvells or something like that.
