i reckon the effect should be

 

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate the effect of monsters changing into Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. As long as at least 1 other monster with "Goblin" in its card name exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target.

 

that will make it better

 

in which you can use its effect on Giant Orc, Axe Dragonute, Goblin Scout Unit, Goblin Black Ops, Goblin Attack Force and Goblin Elite Attack Force
