Requires: Ultimate Offering, Solemn Wishes/Spring of Rebirth, By Order of the Emperor on the field, Swap Frog in hand. 1. Normal Summon Swap Frog. 2. Activate Swap's effect (Swap sends from Deck OR FIELD so it's always legal activation) 3. Use By Order of the Emperor, negate Swap, draw 1. Gain 500 (if Solemn Wishes) 4. Swap's effect, bounce it, gain 500 (if Spring of Rebirth) 5. Ultimate Offering, pay 500, Normal Summon Swap Frog. 6. Repeat steps 2-5. Now discuss By Order of the Emperor. As for the card itself, it doesn't counter anything anybody's playing right now barring Laval Cannon, so I'll say pass.
