Currently I don't know if the discarding of the other Novics is a +1 or a -1, so to be safe I'll assume it's a safe 0.[hr][u][i][b]Novic Angel Mage[/b][/i][/u]

I am a little iffy on this one, mainly because of the whole 2000 ATK deal, regardless of the defence. It's a +3 (Special Summon + Lv4 Sp Summon Tuner + ATK Boost from own eff), no drawbacks, which means it's unbalanced.[hr][u][i][b]Novic Launcher[/b][/i][/u]

Another Sp Summon beater with 0 Defence. It seems that is really the only way to beat them. Anyways, it's a +1 with it's cost, so it's alright. However, the sheer fact it's a 2400 ATK Beater at Lv4 is to be weary of; maybe tone it down a tad?[hr]-to be continued-
