[J-Max Quickie] Exodia Retribution

My goal with this card was to give some much needed Draw Power to one of the hardest Victory Conditions to achieve in the Game. Luckily this card can offer a lot of versitility as you can use cards such as Foolish Burial to get Exodia pieces into your Graveyard. Also Lightsworns can benefit from this due to the Self Mill effects of them. You need to be running a dedicated Exodia Deck to get the full use of this card though. Please remember to Rate using the Advanced Clause.

Activate while there is 2 or more "Forbidden One" monsters in your Graveyard. Activate 1 of the following effects.

- Shuffle all "Forbidden One" monsters from your hand, field and Graveyard into your Deck. Draw 1 card for each "Forbidden One" monster returned to your Deck using this effect.

- Add 1 "Forbidden One" monster from your Deck & Graveyard to your hand. During your next Draw Phase, you can add 1 "Forbidden One" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand instead of conducting your Normal Draw.

I don't really see the point of this, seen as there are already decks *Deep Draw Dragons* that can get all 5 pieces in one turn, and also Dark Factory of Mass Production does this sort of thing better.

What real advantages does this have, other than being a Quick-Play, and even that isn't much of an advantage....

The sinple fact that having 2 Exoida Monster monsters in your Graveyard, makes this a +1. (-1 for playing it & +2 from the Deck) Also once a Exodia Piece is in the Grave, it can be very difficult to get them back to your hand from there. This is a great way of recycling pieces that are stuck there. Also the secondary effect gets you 2 in your hand then another from your Deck next turn. You couldn't say no to that ^^

Terrible. Absolutely godawful, in fact, and I'm sorry that I have to be the one to burst your bubble. See, here's the thing: The most competent Exodia Decks win in one turn. They wouldn't need this for anything. And why is that? Why do they win in only a single turn? They have enough draw power to get them through their entire deck, that's why. They have cards such as One Day of Peace, Into the Void, Toon Table of Contents, Upstart Goblin... Then they have even more cards to go with that, such as Royal Magical Library and stuff. This would simply take up Main Deck space that they could use for something else. It was a nice try, yes, but I don't think you know how Exodia is played well enough to be able to make a support card for them that would actually be used.

Also, your math on pluses is off. The first effect will always be a -1. (You lose grave advantage and then you lose this, meaning that it will always be 1 less just like Magical Mallet) The last effect is a +0, seeing as how you have to skip your Draw Phase to add a piece (-1 +1 = 0) and then the addition beginning at the part also equal out to a +0, so...

Not to mention Dark Factory of Mass Production adds 2 dead Forbidden One cards to your hand as well.

Also, the optimal Exodia builds will most likely never ditch their Exodia pieces or mill them; they'll always keep them in hand until finishing drawing the whole deck, so yeah, it's definetly not the best support for this deck.
