I always liked the Rank 1 Xyz, even though they're pretty useless right now. So with this, I'm trying to make them a bit better.
Thoughts, suggestions, fixes etc. are more than welcome.

Here's a little Xyz to go with it too:

idea behind it: mill 3 cards, 2 of them are level 1 monsters (if you're using a strictly dedicated deck I don't see how that'd be too hard), Xyz into a second Patrol Girl and make a loop with 2x of these on the field so your opponent cannot attack you.

Hmm, Rank 1 Support. As if that's original. Anyway, let's review.

Galaxy Queen's Wrath - This card is very OP'ed. First off, every Rank 1 becomes big beatstick. I know they're hard to Summon but do we really need to make them that mad ? Maybe change it to per monster on the field. If not, it'll be fine just still a bit scary but I guess once the Materials start going, it's not as bad. Secondly, the negation effect is marginally OP'ed. It's a Cold Wave on everything your Opponent has so they can't make a Defense or try to counter attack. Maybe changing it so it affects both players or simply a single Type (Spell, Trap, Monster). Thirdly, the Special Summoning effect is obscene. It is a travesty. Hello Mystical Piper, Unknown Synchron, and non-Tuner monsters. What's that ? You want to draw a card, possibly Special Summon another monster, form Formula Synchron, draw another card, form a Skyline Patrol Girl and when you have all the Materials in the grave or simply when you use it's effect, form Chaos and probably another Rank 1 and win ? Why didn't you say so ? Honestly, tone it down so it Summons up to 3 monsters or simply non-Tuners. Then it will be slightly less OP'ed.

Skyline Patrol Girl - Yeah, fine for what it's worth. Getting more Skylines out to form a boring, old lock that can easily be distrupted by Chain, Dark Hole, Torrential, etc. A 2 Material R1 is always nice. Not much else to say, the first effect is original. The 2nd one not so much. Quite bland. Again maybe changing it to non-Tuners ?

To summarize, an OP'ed card beyond belief and a very bland card. Nice templates and pics but card design needs some work. Interesting try at supporting R1s at least.

Rank 1 support isn't original even though it's currently nonexistent?..

anyways, it's OP'd for a couple of reasons: 1- Decks that can consistently take out Rank 1 monsters are rather bad so they need some good support, 2- all Rank 1 monsters are bad. 3- what's wrong with Wrath's ss-ing? Even if it SS's 5 level 1s, what's so dangerous about that? The most you could do is SS Patrol girl and summon one more Rank 1 Xyz, or tribute them for something. Also, what can you Synchro into? Some level 5 synchro monster? Formula ? Tell me how a combination of 5 level 1 monsters on your side of the field can be dangerous. Also, you can't attack during that turn anyways so you can't win.

This gives Rank 1's some good offense, something they lack, and speeds up dedicated decks.
I guess I could limit it to ss up to 3 level 1s only and only from the Deck, so it makes it less abusable in less dedicated decks.

For Patrol Girl, I don't understand your examples, anything can be disrupted by the cards you mentioned. Also, it's a Rank 1 with only 2 materials, I can't afford to overpower it. And even so, with some luck, you can get 3 copies of it out starting with just 2 level 1 monsters on your side of the field. That's some good swarming ability. Also, the lock, while "boring" is effective enough.
