Miror B
Ok, so why are we arguing? My suggestion was prevent summon negation and responses, TC's is to prevent summon negation and effect summon negation. Am I right in understanding you think these 2 are on equal level? If so then there is no argument because the accidental understanding of what I wanted in the first place does not exist anymore.

Originally I was unclear as to what you meant, and now that I understand what you meant I do not have a problem with it, other than what I have already stated. Yes, they are on the same level.
Alice Moonflowyr
They actually arent. Effect summon negation and response are different. Monster Reborn is effect summon. Bottomless Trap Hole is response. With the OP card, Reborn cannot be negated, but Bottomless can still be used. With Mirors, Reborn can be negated, but Bottomless is. Being unable to negate Reborn is pretty OP, which is what the card is. Mirors balances out the card, allowing Warning to be used on things like Reborn and Call of the Haunted, but not on Tour Guide. It also stops Raioh. The OP stops you negating, but allows responses. Which are used quite a bit. So Mirors is slightly better.

Alice Moonflowyr
The effect, yes. Not the actual summon, but I guess it doesnt make much of a difference.
