Hurrah for Darkworlds, YCS champion, destroyer of Rabbits, smasher of toys, and fumigator of Inzects.

... but there is one problem - they have two sets of cards: those that need to be discarded, and those that discard. Too discard-this-card-to cards, and the deck fails. Too many discard cards with nothing to discard, and... well you better hope to draw something good. This card changes that, by serving as one or the other - but not both at the same time.

If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Both players discard 1 card from their hand.

Replaces the stupid card, otherwise known as beiige. Beiige is an exceedingly beige (meh) card, and the deck needs an improvement to that as well. This serves to reduce the luck aspect while also removing the uber boring beiige.

Thoughts?

Honestly, the card isn't even that great. I'm basing this on how Dark Worlds are ran at the moment, ie focusing on Grapha. And not just because of that, but because of the fact that Dark Worlds really don't have any use for a card like this. What makes the card bad is that it needs to be sent from the field to the Graveyard somehow to get the mandatory effect triggered. Can you name any good ways of that effect being triggered in Dark Worlds? Unless you're running bad DW's, you won't have a real good way of getting it sent to the Graveyard other than by your opponent.

And why do you think that it would replace Beiige? It has the same first effect as Beiige, but Beiige has much more ways of being used, as it's Level 4. Being Level 4 opens more doors to cards like Lavalval Chain / other generic Rank 4's. This gives you the chance to Summon Gachi Gachi, which isn't bad, but Gachi Gachi doesn't benefit DW's as much.

The card is decent, but is not overall great. It would be a lot better if it was a tuner so it would actually be useful. I can only image though some sort of crazy synchro play that could become the next Wind-up loop if this became a tuner because someone is bound to find something like it.

Overall, decent card, but it has the potential to be even better.

I was trying to balance it. I (personally) would run it over beiige, because it reduces the amount of total sh!t hands that Darkworld sometimes gets - i.e. graphas, snowws, beiiges, maybe a broww and nothing else. Just one discard card could change all that by dropping a snoww and searching the gate. Thus, running this over beiige seems optimal, because if nothing else you can set it down and wait for it to be destroyed.

Ways of improving the card...
1. Make it 3 stars
yea... TGU bait.
2. Make the effect activate on summon
I think this would make the card a LOT more broken, and also would not fit the deck very will (skill drain). Thus, I decided to do it on going to grave.
3. Make the discard happen when sent to graveyard in any way
Again, this would probably break the card.

In short, I was trying to make a card that COULD replace beiige without totally throwing a "w0w uber" card out there. Also, how many times do you use beiige as a material... I can't think of a single time myself.

Beiige is only used if you cannot afford Tour Guide. :I But I suppose your Level change idea would change that. And honestly, you may as well make the discarding happen on Summon, but make it only for yourself and making it optional would be another good fix in my opinion. But yeah, making it Level 3 would actually be a pretty smart move, as if that version would be released in the game, people who cannot afford Tour Guide, they can still at least have a chance to Summon Leviair or Zenmaines etc. etc.
