Whether they force me to look at black people or not, I'm not going to be watching a trashy, simplistic film every major outlet is trying to shove down my throat so they can keep making money after Harry Potter finally died out.

Good job. You're really making a difference in this world.

I'm more concerned with not wasting money on an ultra-hype flick and not getting emotionally taken aback by cherrypicked comments from white peoples' twitters, especially sentiments of racial collectivism and division which are really common and universally depicted comments from all races only cared about when the people in question are white because it gets views from people successfully under the opiate of white guilt and whatever else will get them to pay attention to something.

But clearly, since my actions made by my own choosing for a negligible event won't revolutionize humanity, I should join the flock and complain about the fact that people who read a crappy series with a one-dimensional dystopian analysis on class division as its only possible attraction that wasn't inch-deep also happen to be morons, because clearly a pity party is definitely what changes the world positively.

No, but you shouldn't look down your nose at people because you think you're in some superior minority.

Basically, this sense of racial division, such as shock over a character being the race you didn't expect, is both expected in a society of collectivism that creates race-based rulings, days of celebration, etc., and not exclusively white-on-black. White-on-black attracts attention, however, because it firstly enrages and entices the minds of minorities, AND manages to enrage and attract the attention of white people who feel bad over the enslavement of other races. Anything on modern day racism will get you the neo-liberals, minorities, and white people who feel they're responsible for slavery and want to atone for it whenever possible to turn their heads. That one drug dealer who got shot by a Mexican was in the headlines because the shooter had a white last name, but when it was discovered that he was Mexican the whole issue kind of faded away.

Run-ons are a nice stream-of-conscious means to get my point across quickly, sorry.
